how to remove jagged lines

Hi there,

I am a newbie and recently bought this cool application.

Attached is my first test of a chrome plated item. Can anybody help me remove those reflected jagged lines on the chrome? What should I set to show an higher res?

Hi,
are these reflectioned caused by real geometry or by an HDRI texture. If a texture is reflected maybe the resolution of the texture is to low.

Hello Martin.:)

It is a texture but it is a big one, basically i used a picture of a bathroom which is 1280x880 in res.

You can see the jagged edge of the bottom panel with the tiles texture.

Hi,
I already expected that it is a texture. So probably only a higher res environment map might help.

But you can also email me your scene and texture and I will have a closer look into it.
