Transparent png issue

Hi all,

I have a transparent png label that I will place on a bottle, I have attached ,my render settings in one screenshot and how the label isn't trasparent as I expected when rendered. Use alpha channel in the material box is checked, so if anyone has any ideas as to what it could be I would appreciate the help.

What kind of light source do you use?

Hi Frank I am using an HDRI light, but I think I have just figured it out, the index of refraction wasn't set to 1, it seems fine now, thanks for your time.
