How to make record of date and time in animation?

Hi.
How to make record of date and time in animation? - I mean for example - animation from 7am - 16 pm 13.03.2019 using Skylight?

* In experimenting with skylights for this query I discovered that you can edit the parameters for date+time and latitude+longitude, either by manual numeric input + keyframe or by fiddling the f-curve (including tangents) in the timeframe panel.
* This will hardly ever be useful, but it could be deployed to simulate stroboscopic effects cheaply / to fake the energy bursts of a neutron star. I could not get binary stars to work, but maybe I missed a trick.
* Deploying non-linear time may also be a handy trick to analyse the insolation / shadows in some project relating to town planning.
* In any case, useful to know if this were ever needed in a model.
 
You could write a fairly simple plugin to set the text of a text object based on the value inside a skylight. (assuming these are exposed - pretty sure they are)
