Center Objects on Screen

Does Cheetah has a way of centering a selected area automatically ( points/polygons/object )
I remember from long ago Cinema had a way to center selected items in all viewports .......

I guess you´re talking about "focus" (haircross icon in the top right task bar in 3d view) - which will get you instantly to your selection (in point mode it often needs at least 2 selected points from my experience) - make a short-cut for it if there´ s no default one. To stay focused there is "Orbit selected" available (Gear icon->Task bar again). It works in quad view just for the active view and not all at once.
